In addition to providing service in the case of a breakdown, we also take care of work covered under the YUDO Hot Runner Systems guarantee. YUDO applies the following guarantee provisions:

Standard (Black card)

When you purchase your Hot Runner System you receive a one year standard manufacturer’s guarantee on all parts. Manufacturing faults in the system are also covered by this guarantee. Normal wear and tear and defects arising from incorrect installation are not covered by this guarantee. The guarantee period starts from a maximum of four months after delivery of the system.

Extended guarantee (Blue card)

In addition to the standard manufacturer’s guarantee it is possible to take out an extended guarantee on your Hot Runner System for an additional 5% of the purchase price. This guarantee can only be taken out when the system is purchased. Under this guarantee the one year standard manufacturer’s guarantee and all work replacing parts or repairing manufacturing defects in the system is carried out free of charge.
